What I really appreciate here is the layout - it's compact enough that you can keep an eye on kids while still having distinct areas for different age groups. The lazy river winds around a good portion of the park and moves at just the right pace for a relaxing float. Food options are typical water park fare but reasonably priced, and the staff does a good job keeping the place clean throughout the day. This park works best for families with kids under 12, though teens will find enough to keep them busy for a day. The theming isn't as elaborate as some destination parks, but it's consistent and fun. Get there early on summer weekends - parking fills up fast and you'll want to claim chairs near the wave pool. The shade structures are adequate but bring an umbrella if you burn easily.
