White Water Bay sits right inside Fiesta Texas, which means you get both a major theme park and a solid water park for one admission price. That's honestly the biggest draw here - most Six Flags parks charge separately for their water sections. The water park itself covers about 15 acres and feels pretty standard for a Six Flags operation, but it gets the job done on those brutal San Antonio summer days when the temperature hits triple digits.

You'll find the usual suspects: a multi-level play structure with dumping buckets and smaller slides that keeps families busy for hours, several body slides and tube slides of varying intensity, and a decent wave pool that's perfect for cooling off between roller coaster sessions. The lazy river winds around a good portion of the water park and connects well with the other attractions. What I really appreciate is how they've integrated the water park with the main park - you can easily hop back and forth without feeling like you're missing out on either experience.

The kids' area is thoughtfully designed with plenty of shade structures, which you absolutely need in Texas heat. Food options are typical Six Flags fare - overpriced but decent quality, though I'd recommend eating before you come if budget's a concern. The park tends to get crowded during peak summer weekends, so arriving early is smart.

Most of the slides have reasonable height requirements, making this a solid choice for families with kids over 42 inches tall. The whole setup works especially well if you're planning to spend a full day at Fiesta Texas anyway - just bring your swimsuit and make it a combo day. It's not the most elaborate water park you'll ever visit, but the value proposition is hard to beat, and on a 100-degree July afternoon, that wave pool feels pretty amazing.
