Parents can actually sit nearby on benches and keep an eye on everything without getting soaked themselves. The splash pad area connects to the main kiddie zone and features ground fountains and tipping buckets that create a playground atmosphere. Since this is part of Jolly Rogers, you'll find the typical boardwalk food options nearby - pizza, funnel cakes, and soft serve ice cream.
